2.4 General Delivery Information

2.4.1 Dispatch Times

Every effort will be made to dispatch orders within 2 working days, where stock allows. Aforementioned delivery times will apply thereafter.

2.4.2 Goods Out Of Stock

Electronic publication of an item on the seller’s website does not guarantee the availability of such goods and does not constitute an offer of sale. While every effort will be made to ensure that products shown are in stock, it is not always possible and there may be times when an item is out of stock or otherwise unavailable.

The seller is not able to ship part-orders. Therefore, if any of the Goods are unavailable, the order will be held until all items on the order are back in stock. If the customer requires the in-stock items sooner then they must re-order them separately.

The seller will notify the customer as soon as possible if unable to supply an item within the order, whereupon the customer will have the option to wait until all items are back in stock, re-order the items separately, or cancel the entire order.

2.4.3 Dispatch And Delivery Delays

There may be other occasions, apart from items being out of stock, when an order is delayed. If the completion and dispatch of a customer’s order is delayed beyond 2 working days the seller will notify the customer, either by email, text or phone, with an estimated dispatch date. In such cases, the customer will have the option to cancel the order.

The seller is unable to accept responsibility for the package while in transit. If an order has not arrived with the customer within 14 days, the customer must notify the seller, who will investigate the matter with the relevant postal/courier service and issue replacement goods or a refund as appropriate.

3.2 Payment Terms

3.2.1 General Terms

Goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch by one of the payment methods available at checkout.

3.2.2 Payment Methods

Pursuant to the Payment Services Directive the Seller does not charge for the use of any credit or debit card.

Gift Vouchers are subject to these Terms & Conditions in addition to any further specific conditions issued with the voucher.

3.4.1 Purchase, Issue & Use Of Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are for online use only, and the valid code must be entered during the checkout process, prior to completing the purchase. They cannot be applied to an order retrospectively.

Gift vouchers can be transferred (gifted) to another person.

Gift vouchers can be used in conjunction with special offers and voucher codes.

If a gift voucher is found to have been used contrary to these or any other conditions pertaining to its use, the voucher will be voided and any orders subject to its use cancelled.

Gift vouchers must be used within any stated expiry date. Expired gift vouchers will not be re-issued or refunded.

The purchase of a gift voucher does not count towards the free delivery threshold, which applies only to tangible goods that are subject to delivery.

3.4.2 Gift Voucher Refunds & Exchanges

The use of gift vouchers will affect the normal refund process.

See Section 5.2.2: Refunds; Gift Voucher Refunds for full details.

4. Cancellations

The customer may cancel an order if notification of cancellation is received in writing (email or online contact form) before the order is completed.

The absence of an Order Completed notification does not necessarily mean that the order has not yet been dispatched, as there may be a delay in communicating to the customer that their order has been completed and dispatched. Therefore, this does not automatically qualify the order for cancellation.

Each cancellation request will be assessed individually.

If the seller is unable to cancel an order, the customer shall be referred to the Returns & Refunds procedure.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Returns Overview

If the customer wishes to return any goods, they must notify the seller in writing (email or online contact form) detailing the reason for return, and within the specified time frame.

All goods will be checked by the Seller prior to dispatch to ensure they are new and in a good, saleable condition with the packaging intact. Therefore, any goods being returned as unwanted or sent in error must also be received in a good, saleable condition with the packaging intact.

All returned goods will be subject to individual assessment and inspection. Accepted returns will qualify for either a refund (in part or in full) or an exchange up to or equal to the value of the refund amount offered. In the case of an exchange, any difference in value between the offered refund amount and the replacement goods will be refunded by the seller or made up by the customer as appropriate.

The seller does not charge a re-stocking fee per se, but reserves the right to withhold part or all of the refund (or offer of exchange) if the goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

Only actual purchase amounts will be eligible for a refund; any value discounted as part of a Special Offer or through the use of a Discount Code will not be subject to any refund.

Returned items should be sent to:

5.1.2 Wrong Item Received / Items Sent In Error

The customer is responsible for checking their goods upon receipt. If the seller has supplied the wrong item, the customer must notify the seller within 48 hours of delivery to the customer. After such time, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods and the conditions for Unwanted Items will apply (specifically regarding cost of postage).

The cost of return will be borne by the seller, either by way of reimbursement of postage costs or the provision of a pre-paid postage label.

Faulty items will be eligible for replacement, exchange (see Section 5.2.3: Refunds; Exchanges) or a full refund. If the faulty item was the sole item in the order, the delivery charge will also be eligible for a refund. If it was part of an order and other items have been retained by the customer, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

5.2 Refunds

Items that have been returned by the customer in accordance with the Returns & Refunds policy, and subsequently accepted, will be eligible for a part or full refund.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method used.

Only amounts paid for in GBP or with a gift voucher are eligible for a refund (subject to the seller’s Returns & Refunds policy and these Terms & Conditions), and will not include any discounted values associated with special offers or through the use of a discount code.

5.2.1 Credit/Debit Card Refunds

In the case of credit and debit card payments, if the card used for the original payment is not available, the seller will be unable to issue a refund to an alternative card or bank account. In such circumstances a gift voucher, to the value of the refund amount, will be offered.

5.2.2 Gift Voucher Refunds

Gifts vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Where a payment has been made with the use of a gift voucher, any refund will be applied back to the balance of the voucher, or a new voucher will be issued.

Any additional refund payment due, over and above the original value of the gift voucher, will be paid in GBP via the payment method used (unless the credit/debit card is no longer available, in which case the conditions as specified in Section 5.2.1: Refunds; Credit/Debit Card Refunds will apply).

5.2.3 Exchanges

In the case of an exchange, any difference in value between the offered refund amount and the replacement goods will be refunded by the seller (via the original payment method) or made up by the Customer as appropriate.

The seller reserves the right to amend or withdraw special offers at any time.

6.2 Discount Codes

Discount codes issued by the seller as part of a special offer are entered at checkout and, provided the contents of the order meet the required parameters of the offer, the relevant amount will be deducted from the order total.

Discount codes are for online use only, and the valid code must be entered during the checkout process, prior to completing the purchase. They cannot be applied to an order retrospectively.

Discount codes may be available for use universally, or may be applicable to specific individuals, and may also carry restrictions on the number of times they can be used. If a discount code is found to have been used outside of any such limitations or restrictions, the order will be cancelled.

If a discount code is found to have been used otherwise contrary to these or any other conditions pertaining to its use, the order will be cancelled.

If an order is returned for a refund (in accordance with the seller’s Returns & Refunds policy) where a discount code code has been used, only the value of the order that has physically been paid for in GBP, or with a gift voucher, will be refunded. See Section 5.2: Refunds for full details.

The appearance of colours may vary slightly due to differences in the settings and performance of internet browsers or device displays.
