Returns

If you need to return an item, please get in touch via email or our Contact form, within the timescales detailed below, to let us know what you’d like to return, the reason for the return, and if you’d like a refund or exchange.

All of our items are checked prior to dispatch and will be sent out with packaging intact and in a good, saleable condition; we ask that any returns come back to us in the same condition (unless returned as faulty).

Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt and after assessment of the returned item. Accepted returns will qualify for either a refund (in part or in full) or an exchange up to or equal to the value of the refund amount offered. In the case of an exchange, any difference in value between the offered refund amount and the replacement item/s will be refunded by us or made up by you as appropriate.

We do not charge a re-stocking fee, but please note that we reserve the right to withhold part or all of the refund if items are returned to us in a condition that precludes us from re-stocking.

For items that have been paid for with the use of a gift card and/or voucher code, the refund will work slightly differently. It’s pretty straightforward, but obviously we can’t refund cash in exchange for a gift card purchase, and we won’t refund any amount that has been discounted by a voucher code or other special offer. Unwanted Items

For unwanted items, we offer a full product value refund within 14 days from date of purchase, provided they are unopened and the packaging remains in a saleable condition. We’d suggest using a tracked service to send items back to us, but we’re unable to refund the outward shipping costs or cover the cost of return postage.

Please note, for hygiene reasons, we are unable accept the return of shaving cream or soap.


Wrong Item Received / Items Sent In Error

Please check your order upon receipt to make sure everything is as it should be. We’re only human and sometimes we might send the wrong thing. We’re very sorry if this does happen but fear not, you can send it back to us and we’ll cover the cost of postage, either by way of reimbursement or with a pre-paid postage label.

Please let us know let us know in writing as soon as possible within 48 hours from date of delivery. Then send the item back to us unopened and in the same condition you received it. After this time we’ll assume you’re happy with what we’ve sent you, and any subsequent returns will be subject to the Unwanted Items return procedure.

It’s important to check the packaging of your items carefully before you open them to make sure that everything is as per your order; some of the products’ packaging isn’t massively clear.

If we’ve sent you the wrong fragrance/scent variation of a toiletry product (shaving cream or soap, beard oil and so on) and you want to send it back, please, please, don’t first open it to have a little smell and see if you like it. We can’t accept the return if it’s been opened.


Faulty Items

For items that are faulty, please notify us as soon as possible within 5 days from date of delivery and inform us of the nature of the fault; include photos if necessary (we might ask for them).

On confirmation of our acceptance of the fault, send the item back to us and we’ll cover the postage costs, either by way of reimbursement or with a pre-paid postage label.

Faulty items will be eligible for replacement, exchange or a full refund. If it was the only item in an order, the outward shipping costs will also be eligible for a refund, but if it was part of an order and other items have been retained then no outward shipping costs will be refunded.


Refund Payments & Exchanges

We’ll process any refunds via the original payment method used. Payments made with gift cards will be subject to the issue of a new gift card. Any orders paid for by both gift card and real money will have the gift card value refunded first.

If the credit or debit card you used is no longer available, we can’t refund to a new card so, again, a gift card or exclusive voucher code will be offered.

As mentioned previously, any amount that has been discounted by a voucher code or other special offer won’t be refunded.

If exchanging for another item, any difference in value will either be refunded by us or made up by you.
