We’d love to live in a world where we don’t have to pay for delivery on anything, ever, but unfortunately shipping and postage costs are very real so, for now, we also have to charge.
Standard Delivery
£3.50 for all orders up to a value of £34.99.
Free standard delivery for orders of £35 and over.
Note: the “Free Delivery” option must be selected at checkout for qualifying orders. If not selected at time of purchase then we cannot refund/reimburse the delivery charge retrospectively.
Currently, all orders will be sent using standard delivery services. At the moment we don’t offer a premium delivery option, but are looking to get this fired up soon.
International Shipping
We don’t currently offer international shipping.
General Delivery Information
Dispatch And Delivery Times
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days (usually sooner), and will generally be sent either via Hermes or Royal Mail standard services. Delivery times for these services is approximately 2 to 3 days after dispatch. In some instances a signature may be required upon delivery.
Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
What If Something Is Out Of Stock?
While we do our best to ensure our site is fully up to date and that products shown are in stock, it’s not always possible, so there may be times when an item is out of stock or otherwise unavailable.
Unfortunately we’re not able to ship part-orders, so if any of the items are unavailable then the order will be held until all items are back in stock. If you need the in-stock items sooner then we ask that you re-order them separately.
We will, of course, let you know as soon as possible if unable to supply an item in your order, whereupon you will have the option to sit tight for the whole lot, re-order the items separately or cancel the order.
Dispatch And Delivery Delays
There may be other occasions, aside from items being out of stock, where an order is delayed. If the dispatch of your order is delayed beyond 2 working days we will contact you, either by email, text or phone, with an estimated dispatch date. In such cases you will have the option to cancel your order.
Once in the hands of the postal or courier service, we obviously have no control over the fate of the packages. Normally it should only take a few working days for your traditional razor or beard-related paraphernalia to arrive with you, but, allowing for both dispatch and delivery, if your order hasn’t arrived after 5 working days then please let us know as quickly as possible so we can investigate. We may not be able to assist with missing orders queried after 14 days and are unable to provide a refund in such cases.
