We understand that sometimes people change their minds. We hope you don’t, but we want our customers to be happy with their purchases, so it’s okay if you do. If you do decide you want to cancel your order before we’ve completed and dispatched it, please get in touch as soon as possible. Please do this in writing either via the online form on our Contact page, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you’ve caught us before we’ve headed out on our dispatch run, we’ll be able to cancel your order and make a full refund, but if it’s already on its merry way to you then we won’t be able to retrieve it, so please check out our Returns page.
Please be aware that even if you haven’t yet received your Order Completed notification it doesn’t mean we haven’t already dispatched it. There may be a delay between handing the packages over to the postal/courier service and processing the notifications. Just give us a shout and we’ll do our best to catch it.
