Useful Information

Cancellations | How to cancel an order before dispatch

We understand that sometimes people change their minds. We hope you don’t, but we want our customers to be happy with their purchases, so it’s okay if you do. If you do decide you want to cancel your order before we’ve completed and dispatched it, please get in touch as soon as possible. Please do this in writing either via the online form on our Contact page, or email us at hello@beardypetes.com.

If you’ve caught us before we’ve headed out on our dispatch run, we’ll be able to cancel your order and make a full refund, but if it’s already on its merry way to you then we won’t be able to retrieve it, so please check out our Returns section.

Please be aware that even if you haven’t yet received your Order Completed notification it doesn’t mean we haven’t already dispatched it. There may be a delay between handing the packages over to the postal/courier service and processing the notifications. Just give us a shout and we’ll do our best to catch it.

Complaints | Something not quite right? Let us know

At Beardy Pete’s Shaving Emproium our customers are important to us, and we always aim to provide a high standard of service. We hope that none of our customers will ever have cause to complain, but if you are unhappy with our service, or anything we have done, it’s important to let us know. We’re all human, and sometimes we get things wrong!

Please contact us via our Contact form or by direct email to hello@beardypetes.com as soon as possible if you have a complaint of any kind. We take complaints seriously, and aim to handle them quickly, effectively and in a fair and honest way.

We are also happy to receive feedback, including suggestions on how we can improve our service or website, or any other aspect of our Emporium. So please let us know if you have any ideas.
